Jennifer Ashmore is an attorney that is passionate about helping her clients, ensuring that her clients understand what is happening with their case, and how the litigation process works. The unknown can be scary and Jennifer wants to alleviate that stress and uncertainty as much as possible.
Jennifer has over ten years of litigation experience, which includes bench trials, jury trials, and arbitrations. She has had the privilege and honor of representing: individual victims, fortune 500 companies, trucking companies and drivers, apartment complexes, food production companies, restaurants, retailers, grocery stores, business owners, insurance companies, third party administrators, and waste and recycling providers.

In her practice, Jennifer Ashmore has had the distinction to handle thousands of personal injury cases, car accidents, truck accidents, slip-and fall cases, transportation litigation, wrongful death cases, underinsured and uninsured motorist claims (UM/UIM claims), products cases, premises liability, non-subscriber cases, employee injuries, and family disputes.
Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed in all four of the federal districts of Texas.
Jennifer is a graduate of Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) and Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan University School of Law). During her education, Jennifer became a member of the Moot Court Traveling Team and Honor Society as well as Mu Epsilon Theta (Service Sorority) and Beta Gamma Sigma (Business Honor Society).
Jennifer was nominated by her colleagues as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2007 and 2009.
