A little over 3 years ago, Seaway Pipeline, LLC began constructing a pipeline right of way across thousands of farms and communities in Texas. Some of those properties have experienced damage as a result of Seaway’s pipeline. In fact there are a few individuals and even some communities that have decided to do something about it. For example, Kaufman County, Texas has reported that they would seek redress in court due to the damage that the pipeline has caused to county to roads and property. Seaway is reportedly facing similar lawsuits in other counties in Texas, as well as in Oklahoma along the pipeline’s route. It has been reported that the pipeline caused over $800,000.00 in damage in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. Has your property been damaged by the pipeline?
